3 pound boneless ham
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup orange marmalade
3 garlic cloves (use 4 for a stronger garlic taste)
1/4 cup juice from orange
1 orange, zest
1 orange, sliced (garnish of platter)
2 tablespoons flour
Remove the netting from the ham and place into slow cooker.
In a food processor, add the brown sugar, honey, orange marmalade, and 3 garlic cloves. Zest and juice 1 orange. Blend ingredients and pour the sauce over the ham.
Cover the top of the ham with a piece of foil and close the lid on the slow cooker.
Cook on low 3.5 hours. Baste the ham half-way through placing the sauce back on top.
When finished, place the ham on a white serving dish and add slices of oranges to add a pop of color. Drizzle remaining sauce in the slow cooker before serving.
