4 salmon fillets

½ cup tahini

½  cup water

Juice of 1 grapefruit

2 tbsp. maple syrup

Pinch of salt and pepper 

Garlic powder

White quinoa, for serving



Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees and add salmon to cook for 7 minutes. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Meanwhile, whisk together tahini and water until paste forms and then becomes smooth. Add grapefruit juice, maple syrup and salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning and sweetness as needed. When the salmon has finished cooking, serve over a bed of cooked white quinoa and spoon over tahini sauce. Garnish with flat leaf parsley and serve.
