2 slices thick bread toasted
1 Large avocado
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Fresh grapefruit, Navel orange and Clementine, peeled and sectioned
1 c. microgreens
Slice the avocado and arrange in a fan over the toast using half of the avocado for each piece of toast.
Sprinkle lemon juice over the avocado.
Top the avocado with sections of citrus, one each.
Top citrus with microgreens.
Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top and serve.
