50-60 clementine segments, about 6-7 clementines
5 ounces dark chocolate
5 ounces white chocolate
5 ounces milk chocolate
Toppings, such as chopped nuts, coconut powder, salt flakes
Melt the chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a small saucepan filled with 1 inch of simmering water.
Stir the chocolate continuously until fully melted. Remove from heat and dip each segment halfway in chocolate. Carefully shake off excess and top with a drizzle of different chocolate or desire toppings while chocolate is still warm.
Place finished segments on a parchment lined sheet or wire rack to cool/harden completely before serving.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
