Ingredients

1 lb precooked shrimp, peeled and diced
1 grapefruit, peeled and diced
2 oranges, peeled and diced
½ small red onion, diced
½ avocado, diced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
Handful cilantro leaves, chopped
⅓ cup lime juice
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup orange juice
1 T. olive oil
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat in marinade. Allow to sit for 30 minutes to an hour for the flavors to infuse. Serve with chips or lettuce cups.
