Ingredients:
4 Bone-In Pork Chops (preferably 1-1/4” thick)
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
2 Finely Minced Garlic Cloves
2 Tbsp. Grated Ginger
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
Chives or Green Onions for Topping
Directions:
Heat grill to 425 degrees.
Mix together orange juice, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce and then pour over the pork chops. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Place the chops onto the grill on direct heat and cook for 5-7 minutes until internal temperature is 145 degrees.
Remove from the grill and let sit for at least 5 minutes before serving.
Add green onions and serve with your favorite side dishes.
