Grain Free Cranberry-Orange Blender Muffins

1/2 cup sour cream
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 T. fresh Navel Orange juice
3 cups almond flour
½ cup honey
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Zest of 1 orange

Blend wet ingredients first, then add dry (excluding cranberries, pecans, and zest) and blend again. Fold in remaining ingredients and add to a lined muffin tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
