Fresh, Sweet, Delicious

Ingredients

1 cup water
1 cup almond or coconut milk
4 lavender tea bags (or other herbal tea)
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1-2 T. honey, plus more for drizzling
1 large pink grapefruit
2 tbsp sliced almonds

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, bring water, milk, and tea bags to a gentle boil. Let the mixture simmer gently for about 5 minutes before removing the tea.

Add the oats and reduce heat to medium-low until oats have absorbed all of the liquid, stirring occasionally. This should take about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, remove grapefruit segments using a pairing knife.  Drizzle with honey.

Stir remaining honey in oatmeal and spoon into bowls. Top each with grapefruit and almonds.
