1 Grapefruit, Divided into Wedges
24 ounces Ginger Beer
24 ounces Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice (3-4 medium grapefruit)
12 ounces Vodka
rosemary (optional)
Slice one grapefruit into wedges, set aside.
With remaining grapefruit, slice each fruit in half and juice.
Add a generous amount of ice to 4 copper mugs. Pour 6 ounces of grapefruit juice, 3 ounces of vodka, and 6 ounces of ginger beer into each mug. Add grapefruit wedges and rosemary as garnish.
