Ingredients:
1 Roll of Store Bough Cookie Dough
8 Oz. Room Temperature Cream Cream Cheese
1 Stick Room Temperature Butter
1 Lb. Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2-3 Tbsp. Milk or Cream
8 Mandarin Oranges
1 Cup Sliced Strawberries
1 Cup Sliced Kiwi
1 Cup Blueberries
Directions:
Press cookie dough into a flat circle on a round baking sheet or pizza stone line with parchment paper into a single layer.
Bake according to package directions until cookie has cooked through. Let cool completely
Make icing by combining cream cheese and butter until smooth and then adding in vanilla, milk, and powdered sugar a little at a time until smooth.
Once cookie layer has cooled, spread the icing into an even layer over top of the cookie.
Arrange fruit starting with mandarin oranges around the outside of the pizza working your way in alternating the different fruits until you cover the entire pizza.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day.
