Juice of 2 Cara Cara oranges 

Segments of 2 Cara Cara oranges

2 tbsp. honey 

1 inch piece fresh ginger, grated

¼ cup soy sauce

1 lb. flank steak

½ half head of red cabbage, shredded

1 large avocado, sliced

Corn tortillas

Salt and pepper



Combine Cara Cara juice, honey, ginger and soy sauce and whisk together. Submerge flank steak and marinate for at least one hour, up to overnight. When ready to cook, remove, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side depending on preference. Let rest before slicing. Fill warmed corn tortilla and top with Cara Cara orange segments, cabbage, cilantro, and avocado. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
