2 cloves garlic

1 cup fresh orange juice

¼ cup white miso

2 tbsp. rice vinegar

1 inch piece fresh ginger

Zest of 1 orange

Pinch of red pepper

¼ cup honey

Soy sauce (as needed)  

Cornstarch (create a slurry to add to sauce when cooking)


Add all ingredients to a food processor except for soy sauce and blend. Taste and add soy sauce depending on if you prefer a sweeter or saltier sauce. When ready to cook, mix equal parts water or broth and cornstarch and whisk before adding to the sauce to thicken.
