Ingredients:
1 Lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Freshly Squeeze Midknight Orange Juice
2 Tbsp. Orange Marmalade
2 Finely Minced Garlic Cloves
1 Tsp. Fish Sauce
Directions:
Mix together soy sauce, orange juice, orange marmalade, garlic, and fish sauce and whisk until combined.
Add chicken to half of the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to 425 degrees and add chicken thighs to the grill, cooking 8-9 minutes per side until chicken is cooked through.
The last few minutes of cooking brush the remaining marinade on the chicken as it finishes cooking.
