1 package tempeh
Green beans (for serving)
Brown rice (for serving)
Directions
Marinate tempeh for minimum of 2 hours before cooking with orange miso sauce. When ready to cook, sear tempeh in a pan with sesame oil and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add in sauce and cornstarch slurry and cook for another 3 minutes until sauce begins to thicken. Serve over brown rice or quinoa with blistered green beans and garnish with orange zest, sesame seeds and cilantro.
